Assisted living is a level of care in senior living that offers daily support with the activities of daily living (ADLs). Assisted living is designed for seniors who can live independently with the support of a caregiver and generally not those who need intensive nursing care for chronic health concerns. Levels of assisted living for seniors can be as indirect as receiving a little help around the residence or as involved as help with bathing, dressing or eating.

Memory care provides daily structure and support for older adults living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. While there is no long-term cure for these memory-affective disorders, advanced memory care techniques have been proven to slow the progression of symptoms and provide a higher quality of life.
