Interim Executive Director

Helen Porter originally joined Integral Senior Living in October 2016 as the Generations Program Director of The Pointe at Lifespring Senior Living. While pursuing her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Recreation Therapy at The University of Tennessee, her concentration was devoted to children with multiple disabilities, igniting a passion for helping others to fulfill their maximum potential.  Read More »

Kim Farrell joins the team with 12 years of nursing experience and 8 years of experience as a Director of Nursing. She has worked exclusively with Geriatric and Memory Care residents. Before becoming a nurse, she was a futures trader at the Chicago Board of Trade for 25 years.

Jessica Frenzel, LPN, CDP

Generations Program Director

Jessica joins the team as the Generations Program Director. She has been a nurse for 8 years and has worked in healthcare for over 13 years and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She started out as a Certified Nursing Assistant, working in both assisted living communities and home care. While she has also worked in the hospital setting, her passion is working with the geriatric population. Read More »

May Granada is the Vibrant Life Director at Mount Prospect Senior Living. She brings 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 11 years in the health care industry with her. Director of Sales and Marketing

Shelly Barros brings more than two decades of experience in the health care industry to the Mount Prospect Senior Living team. She has served as a corporate director of business development for skilled nursing communities, as well as holding various positions in the home health industry. Senior Business Office Director

Allen Clough joins the Mount Prospect team with three years of experience in the senior living industry. He received his undergraduate degree in Human Development from the University of Illinois at Chicago. As Senior Business Office Director, he is responsible for accounting, payroll and human resources at the community. He credits his love of working with seniors from his volunteer work when he was younger at other senior living communities. Read More »

Building services Director

Born and raised in Mount Prospect, Nick joins the team with more than 20 years of experience in the trades. After high school, Nick attended a trades program and received his electrical license. He then went to work at Township High School District 214, where he worked for over 7 years.
