A senior living community is only as good as its people – that’s why we hire the best caregiving, hospitality and leadership professionals around.

Christine Lawrence

Executive Director

My name is Christine Lawrence, and I was born and bred in the Chicago area. I received my degree in finance and began my career at the Chicago Board of Trade where I traded U.S. 30 Year Bonds. After starting my family, I catered for 14 years and then, through the grace of a very good friend, became the business office manager for a senior living community.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the awesome and gratifying experience of working with assisted living, memory care and continuing care retirement communities. Mount Prospect is your home, and my intention is to continue providing enjoyable experiences for you as your Executive Director with the assistance of my fabulous team members.  Read More »
