This world-leading technology detects over 99% of on-the-ground events, the fall video enables care staff to better assess each fall’s severity and get your loved one the right care faster, and SafelyYou’s fall experts help develop interventions so repeat falls are less likely to occur. It means your loved one stays safer and out of the ER, with communities using SafelyYou consistently seeing 40% fewer falls and 80% fewer ER visits related to falls.

Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI™)
This ozone-free, seek-and-inactivate air purification technology can disable a variety of pathogens, such as norovirus, MRSA and SARS-CoV-2, from any room, large or small. We’ve installed this technology in our common HVAC system; thus, it protects our staff members and helps ensure the senior safety of our residents from illness by improving the effectiveness of our HVAC filters and PPE.
Microbicidal Paint
We have added a microbicidal paint to our handrails, since these are one of the largest touchpoints. This EPA-registered microbicidal paint kills greater than 99.9% of bacteria within two hours of exposure on a painted surface.
