Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NPBI™)
This ozone-free, seek-and-inactivate air purification technology can disable a variety of pathogens, such as norovirus, MRSA and SARS-CoV-2, from any room, large or small. We’ve installed this technology in our common HVAC system; thus, it protects our staff members and residents from illness by improving the effectiveness of our HVAC filters and PPE.
Microbicidal Paint
We have added a microbicidal paint to our handrails, since these are one of the largest touchpoints. This EPA-registered microbicidal paint kills greater than 99.9% of bacteria within two hours of exposure on a painted surface.
